meet the founder
Danielle van Dalen is the founder of reformed pilates studio in paarl, where she brings a wealth of experience and passion of transforming lives through movement. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in human movement science and physiology, giving her a deeper understanding of how the body functions and moves .
Her professional journey has taken her from South Africa to three years in Bahrain, specializing in postural corrective training and helping clients improvement their allignment, lifestyle, as well as their strength and mobility. She was also asked to be part of the Comprehensive Clinical Nuerosurgery Review webinar where she did 10 minute sessions including focused breathwork, ergonomics of sitting at a desk and focused exercises improving posture.
Danielle is a certified STOTT Pilates Instructor, with training in both mat and reformer, and has refined her skills under some of the most respected mentors in Stellenbosch and paarl.
Active her whole life, Danielle knows firsthand the power of movement. Her approach blends science, precision, and compassion to create sessions that are effective, safe and tailored to each individual. At Reformed, she empowers clients to move better, build strength, and embrace wellness as a lifelong journey.
