Reformer levels

foundation level:

Perfect for beginners or those new to pilates. Focuses on mastering core principles, allignment , and technique.

All Levels:

Open to everyone. Movements can be modified or intentensified to suit your level, making it ideal for those who want a balanced mix of challenge and support.

Intermediate:

designed for those with prior PIlates experience. This class includes more complex exercises, faster transitions, and advanced core engagement to refine strength, endurance and mobility.
